Well it took me roughly 4 years to hit the 1,000 lb club on the big three (@ 200lb bw), 1 year break from training and now 2 more years of training later and I'm roughly at 1100lbs total but bodyweight being 180lbs

1000 lb club is a good milestone to reach.

245/335/425?

I'm trying to hit 945 club (2/3/4 plates). do you remember which was easier to increase after hitting the 2/3/4 threshhold?

In my highschool our big 3 were Bench/Squat/Clean, I think the highest I was back then was 315/445/265, those were all 1 rep though and were hard maxes. Luckily in my higschool we had a very active positive weight room crowd. Ive been out of lifting for a long time now, just starting to get back into it, but its hard going from such a positive environment to these stagnant gyms now days (not much available in my area).

440/400/285 = 1125lbs is my numbers.

I guess I lag a bit in bench compared to rest.

2, 3 and 4 plates is a nice bench mark as well... that should be lower than 945 tho? 220+310+400

Very achievable 'short term' goal to aim for for most people

Bench 2 plates
Squat 3 plates
Dead 4 plates

Long term goal goal to aim for and considered 'strong' by commercial gym standards

Bench 3 plates
Squat 4 plates
Dead 5 plates

Edit: unless ofc u train under lightman as several years of training will not even get you close

So in order to be strong by universal standards you need :

bench 4 plates
squat 5 plates
deadlift 6 plates?

And to be super saiyan you need:

bench 5 plates
squat 6 plates
deadlift 7 plates?
