I think the whole "cheat meal" is bullshit especially if you're not competing and you're going by IIFYM.
I eat 90% clean and have some garbage here and there, as long as the macros are there and the calories are solid then you're good.
Down 17 lbs in the last 2 months. Alcohol has more calories than you'd imagine which can be a problem if you're cutting and aren't a 100lb white bitch

My cheat meals are basically refeeds where I purposely plan to go over my macros for scientific reasons.
& I weighted in today after my cheat meal/getting drunk at 192... zzz

Don't see how something that makes sense and that many pros will tell you is good, is considered "bullshit" but I guess alright.

Was unaware that cuts consisted of having higher carb consumption than protein. Cutting carbs cuts fat. Don't see why you'd cut proteins instead of carbs. But I'm not an expert by any means.

I'm glad you ended that train wreck with a redeeming closing statement.

3 steps brah

1) 2200 is not enough calories for a 19x lbs person, you should do a reverse diet and get to a healthy maintenance caloric intake which would probably end up being around 3200+ for you atleast, and then start your cut again with a 300-500 calories deficit.

2) "refeed" days are implemented when you have cut for A LONG TIME and your metabolism adapts to a way too low caloric intake which results in you not losing weight anymore unless you eat a VERY disturbingly low amount of calories, if this is the case, and you HAVE cut for a long time, the healthy way to continue would be to reverse diet to a healthy place.

3) pretty sure you confuse "refeed" with "cheat day"

Yes it is.
You're suggesting everyone requires the same caloric needs at X body weight.
Not taking into account anything besides weight.
Avg of 2,200 calories is fine with me.
