IMO, you lean a little to far forward.

Watch the video from when you step out, looks good right there. Then when you set yourself, you lean a little far forward right at the 12 second mark.

Other than that, nice lift... I cant stand anyone that does "squats" and does there 1/4 range.... Either ass to the floor or GTFO.

im taking an athletic injuries course for the first time this year (surprising even to me given my degree) and its amazing what we talk about. i wish i had taken it back in 2nd year because the 3rd year injuries class involves a lab where you assess and diagnose injuries on acting partners and you practice diagnostic tests and signs for structural damage. the 4th year course you literally are just assigned a varsity team and become their athletic therapist for the season.

Now that I read your comment and watched the video again, disregard my to far forward comment. Didn't even look at the bar position when I first watched.
