coffee has bad vibrations and will diminish your chi. drink it at your own risk, know that it will decrease your power and longevity

This is interesting. I don't know anything about chi and I can't say that any self-assessment I use to determine how I am feeling is accurate, so how does one become attuned to their chi and the fluctuations that would occur regularly regardless of external stimulus?

He's bullshitting

everyone knows coffee is the only true consumable form of chi that we as earthlings are able to obtain. Coffee will bolster your astral form and help you transcend this world when you pass

for me it just came through exposure to a master, specialized exercises / meditation, and sustained force of will ie "intent"

it's a largely subconscious process
