Easiest tips I can give you without sacrificing anything your already doing:

half your portions. Works really well honestly. Instead of eating till your full eat half the amount and in a few mins you'll be content. Another tip I could give you is since you don't want to go to the gym, go do something else. It doesn't even need to keep you active, just away from the food. If you are really busy you can't have time to eat. Just make sure you don't start binge eating if you start being busy.
