if you posted a worthwhile reply, thank you
i'm getting another blood test in 2 weeks to check if it was just a blip. could hypothyroidism influence test production?
i have hypothyroidism as well and get blood tests every 6 months, have always had normal levels of testosterone. not saying it can't be a factor, just from personal experience is not for me.
i agree with your view of not wanting to take any supplements and trying to do this naturally, so i'll tell you what i found to work for me.
i've been exercising regularly for about 6 years now, blood tests every 6 months the whole time, and only noticed a dramatic increase in my testosterone while i was doing amateur boxing. after i stopped, it dropped back down to normal levels.
it could be because while i was boxing, i was fulfilling some primal impulse to fight or be competitive, getting my ass kicked, kicking others asses, i had no stress and was the most at peace with life as i'd ever been. but it's probably because the boxing phase of my exercise career was the most engaging and intense workout i've ever done. i've had some really great hour-long sessions with weights, but that isn't
shit compared to sparring 10 rounds.
i suggest pursuing jiu-jitsu hard. go at it with intense ferocity and wear yourself out every time (assuming you don't do this already) see if this changes anything. let your body know you're upping the demands of testosterone production.
