The thing I hate about crossfit: They remind me of a religion.

You can't talk sense into them no matter what facts you put in front of them.

If they took the snatches/c&j out of crossfit it would be much better off. Doing highly complex movements for a ridiculous amount of reps is well.... ridiculous.

yet any crossfitter is stronger than you and could kick your ass

from the goat arnold -

Everybody, behave and stop bickering. This is about inspiring more people to get into fitness. I've never understood people who argue constantly about who is wrong and who is right in fitness, because the fact is, there are many "right" answers, especially for people just starting out.
Do you think Sergio Oliva and I did the same thing? No. In fact, you could walk into Gold's and watch the 5 best guys and see 5 completely different routines. And you know what? We didn't argue.
Do me a favor. Try to focus more on expanding the fitness community as a whole than protecting your little corner of it.

I cant believe crossfitters even use AAS, unless they run deca or eq because the others already fuck with your joints and crossfit is known for fucking with your joints. Not to mention the pumps you get, I don't even see how they could lift unless they run 10g taurine a day.

There are plenty of steroids that are directly used for endurance. They're just typically not talked about as much in the bb community, so most of us wouldn't know them. Think of Lance Armstrong for example. He obviously wasn't running deca and dbol. He took something to allow him to increase his endurance.

not anabolic/androgenic steroids though, which is what they are talking about in this case

also deca isn't bad on respiratory and like I said its good on joints so I would see it as the more common one in pro atheletes, tren is what will fuk you up like crazy
