That's normally how my days go, feel it on the side of my chest into armpit. Just at the time it deters me.

I've never tried ground presses, maybe I'll try it with the smith machine or something.

Maybe I'll try doing that. Like I said, I get fatigued to the point where I can't really lift with proper form, but also doesn't feel like my pecs were worked 100%

This is the picture of how my shoulder can pop, so it just causes some discomfort when going too low on flat bench http://i.imgur.com/tz6cwl9.jpg

Felt uncomfortable seeing it bend this way lol

I'm not sure if it would help your specific case but I had a similar problem. I fixed it by killing my shoulders before going on the bench.

can also do some shoulder sets before bench to exhaust them and make the chest work harder

i experienced this, then i fixed my form

Uh what? No!

If you do shoulder exercises before benching, once you bench your shoulders will give out early and you won't get any work done with your chest.

You have to pre-exhaust your chest with isolation exercises so that when you bench, you engage the chest right away. You'll develop your mind-muscle connection and within a few weeks, you'll be able to bench fresh and engage your chest a lot more.

Okay, I wouldn't pre-exhaust your chest per se, but definitely get some blood in there prior to benching if you are having trouble with MMC.

Ugh, this new generation of "lifters". The only tell-tale that they lift is their misc t-shirt, otherwise they don't know jack shit.
