This. I don't see the problem.
any semi decent girl will be able to squat with 1 plate so she might do sets of 30,40,50kg (all require 1 plate per side) and then you (the guy) can train with 2-3 plates (80-140kg range)
you only have to rerack 1-2 plates per lift.
Why is that a problem?
