Ive worked out with broads before.

Obv if shes hot, you say yes.

But fair warning, 97% of females suck as a work out partner due to the amount of weight they lift, youll be reracking so much itll become a pain.

Cardio and core is pretty much the only thing a female can do with you that won't render her that much of a nuisance.

This. I don't see the problem.


any semi decent girl will be able to squat with 1 plate so she might do sets of 30,40,50kg (all require 1 plate per side) and then you (the guy) can train with 2-3 plates (80-140kg range)



you only have to rerack 1-2 plates per lift.

Why is that a problem?

I do, its fun but she pretty much just wanna use the crosstrainer mostly cuz she doesn't know how to do other stuff.

We gossip a lot, she tells me how obsessed the girls are about how they look in the dressing room.
How they put make up on before working out and putting makeup on when they leave (no shower ofc)

etc
