First of all you need to eat, no one should weigh that little at your height.

Judging from stats alone, you have a very fast metabolic rate, to pack on muscle you need to eat in excess of your daily caloric/protein needs.

Next, you need to do weighted excercizes to tear muscle tissue, to make room for muscle to grow. Squats and deadlifts are two of the best core excercizes you can do, and will assist with strength gains in other areas as well.

As you said you've been trying this for 4 years and are still lacking; time to change your routine up.

If you really want something bad enough, you'll make time for it.

I can confirm heading to the gym after a day of physical labour is both mentally and physically challenging, but you need to decide how badly you want your 6 pack, and how far you're willing to go to get there.

It's painfully obvious you're not going to get it doing the same thing you've already been doing, take the leap and decide just how badly you want it.

Alright, thanks man.
I just really need to find something that can motivate me. Which at this point I can't. I'm still not sure what does.

check out Jordan Hill's Stomach Destroyer routine on youtube. its a great 8 minute workout for your core to do at home

at the gym : do weighted ab exercices to work your abs

lose bodyfat to actually see the abs (imo at 135lbs you should be low enough)

thanks man.

i was a big time dope head for 6 years and got down to 140 lb at 6' and I looked like a skeleton.. ive been sober for 4 months and now im at 175 11% bf. I go to the gym 6 days a week and eat a fuck load everyday.. you need to bulk up and worry about abs later your not gonna build muscle mass if you don't eat.. I consume around 3500 calories 150 protein a day that's whats been working for me.

/e and I don't have abs so this is irrelevant.

Lol than that's not really a diet. I do usually eat a shit ton. + a ton of junk food.
I just recently got mono and lost 15-20 lbs. That is why I am so light
