First of all you need to eat, no one should weigh that little at your height.
Judging from stats alone, you have a very fast metabolic rate, to pack on muscle you need to eat in excess of your daily caloric/protein needs.
Next, you need to do weighted excercizes to tear muscle tissue, to make room for muscle to grow. Squats and deadlifts are two of the best core excercizes you can do, and will assist with strength gains in other areas as well.
As you said you've been trying this for 4 years and are still lacking; time to change your routine up.
If you really want something bad enough, you'll make time for it.
I can confirm heading to the gym after a day of physical labour is both mentally and physically challenging, but you need to decide how badly you want your 6 pack, and how far you're willing to go to get there.
It's painfully obvious you're not going to get it doing the same thing you've already been doing, take the leap and decide just how badly you want it.
Alright, thanks man.
I just really need to find something that can motivate me. Which at this point I can't. I'm still not sure what does.
