2400 cals a day? I would look like an african child in a week, I've been eating around 3600 cals/day just cuz lazy and my weight is slowly going down so frustrating...

Like most other people, you probably overestimate what you are eating.

However, 15 is just the starting number, its usually closer to your maintenance.

Mine comes out to just about ~100 over what maintenance would be for me right now.

Tried this for a week as a junior in college bc I was an idiot. Felt like I was going to shit my brains out every single day.

so unhealthy, and hard to eat other things while doing it.

/edit: good video but it contradicts itself a lot lol. one segment says "eat clean clean clean" next says "i eat whatever i want. pizza. pancakes"

point is tho u gotta eat a LOT

also ignore kali muscles dumbass. protein powder is a must imo. no supplements rofl... hes on juice out the ass yet is against protein powder.

Rich is a fucking idiot and probably the last person you should listen to about almost anything when it comes to bodybuilding, like you said he contradicts every last thing he's ever said, just days apart too.

I gave up trying to put on weight from just food in the past few weeks cos I'm a pussy. My mass gainer has now arrived and now there is an easy 1k cals a day, makes it 10x easier if you are lazy and/or eat like a pussy

Liquid calories are a very effective way to knock off some of those cals you need to intake, alot easier to take in 1,000 calories from a shake than to eat 1,000 worth of rice/chicken lmao.

@OP; go look up Omar Isuf, he has alot of good videos explaining things just like this.

I don't have a food scale, but I measure all my shit in a liquid measure (not the greatest way to measure uncooked rice/oats but atleast it gives an idea) and I track everything in myfitnesspal I've always been a hardgainer though, cutting was ridiculously easy for me

Okay so you are, more likely than not, eating less than what you actually think. Like every other 'hard gainer'. Invest in a scale man, one of the best purchases I've made.
