I'll try to squat pretty ''heavy'' like 385-405 most likely and i'll be benching sets of 2 for intensity going up to 2x287.5 and do 272.5 for multiple sets of 2 after that. I'll finish with the deadlift challenge.
can you DL challenge wearing ridiculous hat/costume or shirtless?
