Regardless of the fake post gym protein intake window, I always drink my protons post workout.

It's a good habit and reminder to have them, plus I always have them in the shower, post workout. That way I clean the shaker at the same time. No more forgetting to clean it and finding it a few days later to be greeted by the a necromancers corpse poison explosion

Damn I thought I was the only one... Room mates always give me a hard time about this.

Sometimes I'll forget the shaker cup on the side of the shower, almost every time they comment, thinking its weird.

Fuck that.. Gym -> shake -> shower is pretty much tradition at this point.

Spot on with the cleaning part, hell I don't event chance a shaker if its been left for more than a few days. Toss that shit out and buy a new one... $1.99 shaker cups from Walmart ftw.

depends on weight.. im 170 and consume about 1 g per LB sometimes a lil more or less. but what do I know.

I weigh 270 lbs so how much should I intake...anyone?

Edit - Damn, just searched it and it said between 270-405 grams...damn I am nowhere near that!

Imo about 1g for each pounds of lbm.
