Well first picture was the most recent one. Still that's YEARS of hard training (proper squats, deadlifts, etc) and hard core diet, which means yes you can squat and deadlift and other "manly exercises" for years without getting too big.
yeah i'm not really dedicated enough to get anywhere close to that anyways.
