Quit counting arbitrary numbers and eat more food. Learn to recognize your bodies own natural hunger cues and just eat. You're not going to wake up the next morning fat because you ate a few eggs over your 3300 calorie limit...It's not as difficult as you are making it out to be; you just have to realize the fundamental flaw that these types of "food tracker" apps are not precise and that there is going to be variability in your caloric expenditure day to day. Your viewing calories as something that can be accounted for like currency, you would probably have just as much luck trying to quantify your food intake in FG.
tldr: you aren't eating "3,300 calories" and/or you need to eat more than "3,300 calories"
