20k is way too fucking much.

Yes you need a high amount and it's difficult to eat that much, but 20k is WAY too fucking much.

300 lb guy with that much muscle proly has bmr of what, 5-6 k ?

even if he blew another 5-6k on workouts a day, which is probably doesn't that's 12k

add another 1k for growth, 13k

To be fair, when english isn't your first language, me thinks getting a "t" with a "c" confused is acceptable when they're so phonetically similar in this context. *shrugs*
