and this is why HnF is shit now, people with no knowledge of how the body works "helping" beginners with even less knowledge

Im not a beginner, but we learn shit everyday! And I wanted to find the blueprint trainning from musclepharm
arnold(cut version) with this topic.

This is the trainning but the build version:

also the best training to cut is to go for super sets what means training with no breaks and go for high reps, ive tested it and it works but im saying again, if u dont lower ur calories no matter what u do u wont lose any weight, this training may help u burn 100-200 calories more than the regular one because of the high intensity but if ur diet is shit ur going nowhere with any training (no idea if arnold trained like that but lazar angelov is training like that if u check his videos)

Or you could keep your calories the same and increase cardio. That's where you are wrong.

ha-ha i bet the best way is to do cardio 1 hour to burn 600 calories so u can be able to eat 2x donuts
EINSTEIN, how much do u think u burn from cardio? thats why i said if ur diet is shit even if u do whole day cardio wont help u EINSTEIN
lower calorie intake than the body burns is what i am talking about, for example if u eat 2000 calories but ur body burns only 1000 u are going nowhere and thats my point, diet is the best way since u dont burn thousands of calories while doing cardio for 1 hour

Well if u wanna get technical u could eat the same amount of calories and just burn more.

sure u do thats what i said, but do u think is the best way doing cardio 1 hour just for 2 donuts? u need to work ur ass off for eating harsh food and i bet my balls there is no single person who is doing it this way if he knows how it works like or a person whos been doing like this
u can decide urself whats the best way for u but im pretty sure u dont wanna go thru this because 99% of the people who wanna lose weight have been lazy (thats why they are fat) its impossible to jump from that level to doing cardio 5 hours a day and training like a monster in the gym with super sets JUST FOR THE GOOD APETIT
