rich piana is an idiot

if everyone waited til their genetic potential/limit to hop on, bodybuilding/weightlifting would not be where it is today..

insulin shouldn't scare you so long as you do your research and understand how to properly use it

Take a look at some of Rich Piana's videos on YT

I disagree
while it's good to get a first hand view of someone so open, he seems to openly disagree with conventional thoughts of steroids.. that's fine, if what he said were true lol. He literally has 0 knowledge of the human body, science, etc.

Time for one of those threads again, this time phrased a bit differently (at least I've never read a similar discussion before)

For our social experiment we'll have two identical twins, or clones (100% copy). Both start training at a normal age, say 15. they train exactly the same way and eat exactly the same food so they are also irrelevant factors in this case. There's only one thing that separates these two clones:

Twin A : is completely natty throughout his entire career (age 15 to say.. 35)

Twin B decides to do a couple of cycles. Let's say he took his first cycle age 18, second at age 20, third at age 21 and fourth at age 22.

Obviously Twin B will look *vastly* superior to Twin A during each of those 6-12 week periods he consumed those steroids but how would Twin A compare to Twin B at age 24? Remember Twin B hasn't done a cycle since for two years. How would Twin A compare to Twin B during the remaining 40-45 weeks of the year that Twin B wasn't on the juice (age 18, 20, 21 and 22)

and you can ask the same about age 25, age 30, 32, 33, 35 etc... neither of them ever stop lifting or dietting, the only difference is Twin B taking the cycles at given times throughout his lifting career.

Discuss.

Then he will look better, and for longer...eventually it will regress towards the mean, but that might take an extended period of time.

Maybe if he kept doing stupid cycles. OP, if you're planning to get on, and do multiple cycles, you might as well blast and cruise. Would put a lot less stress on your body.

Yeah, not really
continually staying on? Even using the low doses, that's bad. That's literally shutting down an entire endocrine system lol. Do you realize at all possible far reaching ramifications beyond that of the gonads themselves? Learn some endocrinology tbh.

Run HCG if you want.

Or, when you come off, don't expect everything to rebound within a month. It will take awhile if you stay on longer, but you will rebound. It is so easy to keep your health in check while on cycle, even if you were to just cruise forever. Look at people using TRT. You would be fine, get bloods periodically, and make adjustments as needed.

Pro's are on massive amounts of gear year(s) long.. It is more than possible for joe schmo to blast moderate dose aas, and cruise even below trt and be in excellent condition.

This. Short cycles 2-6 weeks >
Way easier to recover from.

Of course long cycles up to 16 weeks can be fine, will just take longer to recover from.

He's (obviously) read a lot on the issue, but I fear he suffers from confirmation bias.  That, or he unintentionally glosses over the risks involved when the subject comes up.

This is true, I do neglect the risks, but really because a healthy individual that does it correctly can easily avoid the "ugly" side just fine.
