50 hours a week I would recommend shelling out the money and getting the interchangeable dumbbells (can switch them anywhere from 5-50 pounds for the cheapest set) and a pull up bar that goes on your door. Takes no room in the house. Bodyweight exercises can get a little monotonous so id recommend getting this minor stuff.
Google bodyweight workouts. Then if you get the dumbbells you'd be amazed what you can do. I was renting a small bedroom out At one point and that's all I had in a little room and was able to make gains without a gym and then when I got a gym membership I was able to do heavy weight stuff and got big jumps in my weights really quickly.
Whoops sorry for the book. Gl
