Anything! It all encourages more lifting, community and commanderie.

I'm more partial to squat, deadlift comps though Based on body weight since I'm small and my bench sucks :)

If you want these competitions (that involve lifting) to be serious, you're going to have to do a lot weight-classes. It's like doing a 1rm competition without weight classes. :P
