those asymmetrical abs look cool
it's kind of weird. I have 4 on one side and 3 on the other.

Don't look any bigger but look leaner for sure
Most things aren't bigger due to the fat loss compensating for the muscle gain but I've gotten a lot stronger. That's all that really matters to me. Idc how big I am or get or aesthetics tbh. I just want to lift more weight
my waist has thinned out by an inch-inch 1/2, most other measurements are the same or only slightly different. The differences are far more noticeable irl than in pictures. It's nice to see measurable and visible gains. My shape has changed.
Overall I'm 2-4 lbs heavier than when I started but have also lost fat in that time as well. overall probably 6-8 lbs of muscle gain in 4 months.
In a few more months I'll hopefully be where I was at when I stopped going to the gym in 2011. I've surpassed my DL numbers already but I didn't DL much then and didn't use chalk then which was my biggest problem for lower numbers. The bar was always slipping through my hands. Squat is still short and so is bench compared to before. Lat pulldown and shoulders aren't even close to what they were though. Wouldn't mind getting to the same leanness as back then too.
getting old sucks tho... old injuries start to ache and it's easier to pull, tweak or tear stuff up.
