Sugar intake isn't the problem. It's excess caloric intake with the absence of exercise. Sugar is entirely fine in non-exorbitant amounts when coupled with vigorous exercise.
sugar isn't isn't THE problem like the video is suggesting. It is A problem though.
At the end of the day each and every person makes their own decisions about what they eat and their level of activity.
we're all fucking lazy and stuff our faces with garbage... well some of us don't but you know what I mean.
Personally I don't drink any juice or pop anymore. Only water, unless I'm drinking booze but that's only once a week or once every 2 weeks.
I actually feel a lot better physically and mentally even though I'm not actually healthier than I was prior to making that decision.
Since I stopped eating/drinking things that essentially give you massive sugar dumps I've been more inactive than ever in my entire life and I feel better. Figure that out. lol
Now that I'm going back to the gym, it's only been like 4-5 days and I already feel like a million bucks.
Despite what people think, our body doesn't need sugar
