Originally because I saw Arnold and I thought it would be cool to be swole.
Started lifting in 7th grade and noticed that it helped with sports and girls, then I shifted into bodybuilding and then got out when it was taking up too much time. Then started lifting for sports, etc..

I got introduced to bw training in oct 2010 when i was 20 years old. I was weighting 138 back then and i was starting to do cheerleading. Oct-april I gained 10 lb.

Started lifting weights in may 2011 with big 3 of 245/185/265 and i got addicted to strength gains.

After 3 years and half I increased my total from 695 to over 1250 while gaining 40 pounds and building a decent physique.
