is there a reason why you drink so much? this just seems retarded

Yeah it does seem retarded but the more hydrated I am for the race the better. Drinking the amount of water I do the day before requires me to stop for only 1 water break, 2 at absolute most and I never feel dehydrated. This just means less time slowing down/walking while drinking the water - which means a better overall time. It might seem minimal to stop for a quick drink but it does add up. All I can say is being hydrated for the race works wonders for me. I sweat a shit ton during exercise so I dehydrate quickly.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I had my numbers a bit mixed up... I retract the 30.

Change intensity and incline to burn more body fat and tone muscle. Change your heart rate throughout your workout for more body fat loss. Breathe in steady and breathe out steady. From beginning to end of your workout.
