you're just losing water weight man...cut carbs = cut water. eventually you'll slow down because you've stabilized your water weight for your new diet. but once you start eating carbs again, BAM there goes the water weight.
Started at 182 on the 24th of august
I'm now 170 (had my carb up day yesterday)
