I thought you were about 12-20 reps

"However, apart from the vastly predominantly slow-twitch fibers such as traps, calves, and forearms, I wouldn't delve too much above 15 reps at all. "

shouldnt it be the opposite?

This

Also, keep in mind, 15-20 reps MAY have a place, at least for a time, for all muscle groups to try to FULLY stimulate slow twitch fibers to grow. Virtually all muscle groups have a high amount of slow-twitch fibers, nearly 50% for many. Their propensity for muscular hypertrophy is about 50% of fast twitch fibers.. but that's still quite a contribution over time. Brad Schoenfeld has hinted that recent studies he's done suggest that higher reps may have a place for that purpose. I'm not suggesting you go and do that now, and perhaps we should wait for these studies to be published, but going through a phase of that type of training may indeed be ideal over time.

interdasting.

Opinions on hypertrophy over time?

IE: train for 12 months, first 8 months see little change, last 4 months see a ton of growth?

Uh, I'm really not sure off the top of my head. Liron would prob be better suited for that.. he's definitely still ahead of me in terms of knowledge of hypertrophy/skeletal muscle biochemistry

did the routine change any though? Such as increased volume throughout, or anything like that?

Less frequency actually. Maybe he'll read my post and chime in.
