Result Summary:I actually skipped Monday's workout. Just didn't have it in me after a long day. Got up at 5a and didn't get home until 5a as well. Traveling is what did it though, 2 hour drive to work and then running around after work. Anyways, today was a good day. Progression in weights and felt pretty good. I actually lost 4 pounds too! I didn't drink too much beer this weekend nor eat like a beast, which is why. See ya'll tomorrow.
