you need to be lifting for at least 2 years to say you have been lifting for a long time. anything less than a year makes you a beginner

That is what I have been doing.

Not sure why HnF thinks I am some retard who doesn't have any idea on what to do with my life, now that I can't use barbells.

I was just simply asking for thoughts on good workouts to do without barbells and everyone goes ape shit.

I lifted for about 5 months, basically just doing starting strength. So obviously the majority of lifts I know are going to be barbell related.

Not really sure why HnF has such a snobbish attitude when people ask for help.

If you want to go that far sure. I am just looking to find out ones that aren't extremely obvious like db bench, shoulder press, etc.

It's funny because they just finished a 2 year project of this new athletic building. I thought the gym was going to be amazing, and then I walk in and see cardio everywhere.

Lunges with 60 lb dumbells are gud
You can basically do anything with dumb bells going up to 100 lbs.
