My coach/friend practically lives on Snus and energy drinks lol..I don't know how you guys do it, if not just a health standpoint, then a financial one..like, smoking a pack a day, or chewing a can a day, for about ten years will come out to around the same cost as buying a brand new car, if not more..when i broke it down for one of my good friends, who smokes 2 packs a day, he about shit - he probably spent like $15k+ on cigs since he started smoking, but always wondered why he had to borrowing money from me -__-

never smoked a cigarette, and had Snus once..when my coach gave me some of his Snus to try, I was already starting to come down with the flu..got kinda woozy from it as i left it in for over an hour, and then that feeling persisted as i started to feel shitty from the flu that night and the following day or two

that created an aversion to it, so now whenever i smell mint snus, i get all queezy haha

but, I do indulge in fine pipe tobacco every now and then (couple times a month) lol

Been dipping for 4 years every single day, a log a week(teeth and gums in surprisingly good health according to dentist) and I figured I should probably use my insanely strong will power to quit for health and financial benefits.

Anyone gone through it cold turkey? I heard you gain lots of energy back. One of my friends who both smoked and dipped for 5 years+ said he couldn't stop cleaning once he quit Lol. I have 1 pinch left in my last can and after that I'm done.. mine as well get my moneys worth of cancer.

Maybe quitting does something like increase blood flow? So my pumps will be seemingly better? I don't know we will see.

Good luck to you sir! I have heard that going cold turkey can be a major bitch, but if you have dat der iron willpower, should be a walk in the park.

I think it has more to do with where you live. In my neck of the woods, I wouldn't say that every guy dips... but most that drink/party do. Alot of my friends smoke, also. I didn't ever say it was intelligent. I've just been surrounded by it for so long that it became a normal thing.

Now, I've kind of moved on from my older group of friends who just party 24/7 and I am starting to realize that it does seem kind of gross to think about.

Day 3 brahs. Been chewing mint gum like a crazy man. Feel kind of aggressive today, but no real issues.

Is it weird for you to be doing tasks that you'd normally have a dip in for?

Right now I'm playing on my PlayStation and i always have a dip in while I play, it doesn't feel the same Lol I should just sell my ps4 now
