i just go workout or clean my living area

a kick of endorphin's or relaxing in a clean living area feels good.

since I was anti social and never had friends, i dont go out.

Id like to meet another girl, but i just hate bars and clubs and im not looking for a one night stand.

Im in the same dilemma, but my problem is I know how to fix it.

i need to join a gym, but dont want to pay for one. They are all expensive around me. like 80 bucks a month.

At that price it seems you'd be better off just investing in your own.

Yup, as I said weed + introspection is grand
I will try shrooms soon, I'm sure that'll be even more numinous & awe-inspiring

Really though, just learning to see the beauty of the things is the best thing for anyone. It kind of seems silly to state, but it's quite profound and really eye-opening. Simply observing day to day activity, nature, etc and noting the individual beauty things have
sometimes in the constant drone of life, esp when very busy, it's easy to get caught up and forget to do these things.. aka high stress environments, out of sync, etc can easily lead to depression, which we see is highly prevalent today anyway

It always comes down to three pretty basic things for me if I'm down:
- My nutrition / sleep
- Whether or not I've been in the gym
- Social life

Took me a while to understand what things have control over my mood but these seem to be it. Obviously nutrition effects my energy levels (and my T levels which affect my mood). Being in the gym generally creates enough positive energy in me (endorphins) to balance our my mind day to day. And social life is just a feeling of comfort for me. If I don't see certain people in a certain period of time, I just feel off, but it doesn't affect me as much as the others.
