6 meals a day homeboi and your food content is not very colorful bro. heres my food spread sheet.
wake up- 2 scoops whey protein
2 hours later- cup oatmeal with half serving dried blueberries and banana.
2 hours later- half cup brown rice with beans, 3-4 oz chicken breast with olive oil ffried asparagus or whatever.
2 hours later- 2-3 pieces of sweet potato and an apple. sometimes organic brown rice cakes.
2 hours later- either can of light tuna or 6 oz steak with brown rice or any red meat combo.
2 hours later- 1 serving peanutbutter with 2 whole eggs.
late shake combo- 2 serving whey protein mixed with whole nuts 1 serving peanutbutter, 1 cup of broccoli, carbohydrate powder, and a banana.
