yeah dumbass, everyone. we were never made to sit idlely all the time. relating any and all lifting to "bodybuilding" is the real ignorant statement here.

My statement about bodybuilding was merely pointing out the fact you do not need to follow a weight lifting regimen to live a healthy lifestyle, though the wording was poor on my part that was still quite the leap you made.

I just don't understand how you can say weight lifting is the only proper stimulus to live a healthy lifestyle. I guess I didn't get the memo sports, manual labor, recreational outdoor activities such as biking and hiking, ect suddenly ceased to exist.

3x a week, small typo it's as long as you want, probably stop when you can't recover fast enough and move to a different program.
