Paleo only uses a dash of salt in most recipes

Its cool, there's a lot of e-alphas. My mom and I are thinking of opening a paleo restaurant, in the area I live; wouldnt be a bad idea.

Because it's not even legitimately based on the feedings of Paleolithic era humans lol.

If the entire premise of the diet is bullshit, then people need to stop saying they are "eating paleo" and just say they are "eating healthier, and incorporating more nuts, berries, greens, and protein" into their diet.

That is pretty much what I say when asked by people I know.

I just tell them I cut out processed stuff and only eat things that are recognizable as growing from the ground, or had a face (that is how I actually put it).

The only reason I say Paleo on here is because that is what it is most similar to (and is also why I say paleo TYPE diet).
