i weigh only 140 lbs so not too impressive
My PR are:


Bench 235
Overhead 135
Squat 250
Deadlift 315 2x


Now since Drugs exams and lack of money made me stop gyming 135lbs

Bench 200

Overhead 115

Squat 250

Deadlift 295


i feel so shit about myself atm, its weird not being able to push something ur used to
