I substitute coconut cream with heavy cream, and cut down peanut butter (depending on my bulk/cut) and replace it with fatfree sugarfree JELL-O pudding mix, mixed with fatfree milk, for a lower carb recipe.

Tuna bowl has an abundance of raw tuna, rice, spicy mayo, avacado, cucumber, tempura flakes, soy sauce, and wasabi

Squid salad is idk. But tasty as fuck
