1) I am horrible in bench overall, with a extra bit of horrible.
2) Wrist injury and bench is for some reason stressing it more than overhead stuff so I have to bench really narrow.
3) Recovering so starting easy as Jimboboy said.
I do 5+sec pauses on all my benches atm aswell just do make it actually become a bit hard.
I can probably do around 15paused reps (still bad I know) on ~160lbs, but program tells me to do 2 so I try to follow it is much as possible.
