These two arguing like school girls;

If your goal is to lose BF% then you need to eat at a deficit.

Read that sticky. Calculate your macros, and eat/ work out accordingly.

Next, for your routine - do not over complicate it. Just follow a routine and stick with it.

I would recommend a strength program as well. Cut until you are satisfied.

Look up Starting Strength routine to out rep schemes etc.

The bottom line is you have to tweak it so it works for you.

It's HNF. Constant dick comparing contest.

Although, I will say this; As of late, Tracerz seems to be carrying himself with some undeserved ego after lifting for 2 months lol.

What are you looking for exactly?? Are you expecting somebody to literally tell you what to eat and have everything listed?

Why would you recommend starting strength over other routines? Have you read his goals? Don't just spew information you hear.

that is my exact "beef" with tracerz

I recommended a beginner program for him than one that is going to turn him into the next tommyd and asking about every single accessory exercise.

A beginner strength program is what he needs and can easily help him achieve his goals.
