im trying to avoid eating meats foo'.
think of it this way
half lb or spinach has more protein than a half lb of meat ..... if i pub a quarter lb of spinach in my blender with a quarter lb of broccoli and possibly some egg white and then cook it in a casserole or something im sure it will have more protein than a steak of the same weight. aside from added weight from dough.

you can get these from other foods though no?

in other words, eat foods that contain the missing links lol

You'd have to have at least 1 other source of PP containing the same amount of protein in grams to amount for the same singular value.
IE 50g PP + 50g PP from a secondary source =~ 50g of protein.

284G of spinnach (10oz) is 8G protein.

thats 9oz of spinnach.

so. i guess blended it wouldnt be that much volume wise...

mixed with the right stuff, beans, avocado, rice, quinoa ect ect... you can obtain a adequate amount of protein throughout the day... youll definitely be eating large amounts to get your required calorie intake though you are aware correct?

and you said no meats, but your gonna eat egg? and you stated prior Buak Bench ate fish, does that mean youd eat fish too? and every day?

Look up the actual amount of protein in veggies. Its negligible unless you're eating your bodyweight in veggies. You can't compare %s without knowing the actual numbers. 40% in one thing might = .01 whereas 40% in something else = 30.

this is what kind of info i was looking for.but lets say spinach has 5 g of one type of protein and 3 g of another in 5 cups, and brocolly has 7g's of that "other" protein and 3 g's of the first protein mentioned. they would fill each other out or what?
