The majority of the posts I saw from you were just plain idiotic. They showed that you know nothing about health & fitness nor even MMA. Let's just be real for once and realize you know nothing and start fresh and not be a tool.
fresh start is good, BUT
some of the stuff i talk about i meant it i just didnt know how to explain it, because theres are alot of things about health and fitness that i know from experience i just didnt know why it happens scientifically so i couldnt back it up, not that i dont know anything because i know alot about hnf to be honest., but as far as gains go i never tried just to get bulky because i knew it would slow me down and make me less coordinated.. i just dont know technical terms because i did not go to college for this subject and the stuff i learned was through my own personal experience or while being accompanied by a kickboxing or wrestling trainer at the time. and yes, i am willing to bet i know more/Had more experience than anyone on this forum about martial arts PERIOD, not the mma or any certain type of martial art. (and i know mma stands for mixed martial arts but its still overrun by mainstream contact sports, so older styles arent ever demonstrated properly, thats why i am differentiating mma and all martial arts in general). Most mma stars were already in the big leagues while they had the physique that i currently have , lyoto machida used to be a fat fuck back in his m-1 days as well as bj penn, fedor never got ripped and he's still one of the most dominant heavy weights ive ever seen. And all that aside ive been a natural born fighter ever since i was little, ive only been knocked out( as in knocked out cold) was once in a street fight where i pushed this guy and he rocked me without saying a word to me and cought me by surprise. Fighting takes logic , fast thinking, and rational movements, explosiveness, conditioning and a good physique isnt a bad thing to go along with that but its needed less than the rest of those things i mentioned.
This goes both ways, just because you know about hnf doesnt mean you know the first thing about mma.
but yeah thanks for the tips.
