lol im new to crystal light my mom brought it i just asumed it didnt have any unnatural sweeteners but im wrong, will stop drnking ty. lol

Some flavors of Crystal Light contain aspartame, one of the most dangerous artificial sweeteners. Side effects of aspartame include headaches, anxiety, abdominal pain, nausea, heart palpitations and irritable bowel syndrome.
