how come you can only deadlift 200? Most novice can do more at their first workout. back problems or...? let me know mate.

the week end im always drunk and the gym is open 24/7 everyday, you dont even bench 2 plates with your small arms LMAO

never tried maxing out
160 was what i just did to do some sets
