i just ate a huge salad and had like 4 carrots i'm pretty full. on top of that now i'm about to eat some bated potatoes.

pretty filling at least 200-300 cals probably

Yeah but you probably need 2500 Cals a day to hit maintenance. So you need to eat almost 10 times what you just ate over the entire day...

Not for me.

I honestly have no idea how someone on a vegan diet could possibly intake enough Calories in a day.  Or even enough food to feel full.

Most of the foods are whole grains and high fats so you can easily hit total kcal intake. The tough thing is the protein sources. So you really need to drink hemp shakes with chia seeds in them and soy milk.

Regarding feeling full, you'll be hitting 100-150grams of fiber. Combine that with tons of water and you'll be shitting bricks and feeling plenty full.

You'll be eating 1500 kcal just form poly/mono unstaturated fats...ALONE.

However, i'm not vegan, just organic and have lots of hippy friends.

you could make seitan with soy sauce
the seitan has all the aminos except lysine, the soy sauce adds that in to complete it
...however seitan is pure gluten so thats probably not your best bet

corn/rice/beans is your #1 option

try quinoa with veggies and tempeh

wild rice is good too but I'm not sure not the amino acid profile

Quinoa is complete on it's own. However, Quinoa and millet together taste great!

Millet and rice, millet and beans, millet and buckwheat will complete the profile.

Gluten is fine as long as you don't have celiac
