Read it all except like the last 2 points

Was good.

Fav part was about the importance of increasing strength,

And eating like a 300lb monster

And cutting carbs at certain times, upping protein and going for morning cardio to promote hunger..

I don't agree with certain points there... For example, I don't really think that you have to be getting your numbers up like crazy to build proper mass, and many bodybuilders are the living proof.I myself am bigger than many people here while I am much weaker...

well, my low expectations held true

1.5-2 grams of protein per pound, no proper references etc

on top of that a lot of it is just stating obvious basics (and mistakes) in a silly manner

not something somebody should read and feel "educated" afterwards

body builders already got their numbers up.
and already built all their mass.

now they sculpt to perfection.

I built a 54 inches chest pressing 135 on flat bench.

I know I'm not huge, but what I mean is that building mass doesn't entail using heavy weights, but a full ROM, slow motion, and maximum contraction, squeeze, or whatever you call it.

It doesn't mean that using really big numbers does not work. It's not a secret that Coleman, surely the biggest bodybuilder, was a powerlifter back in the days.

Sorry I fucked up the ratio when I calculated the inches. It's actually around 49 inches. Sorry.

this is just simply saying if your progressing with weights.. which as you should.
you'll gain a lot more mass than if you weren't.
