prostate cancer http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11566656

the whole idea that you need 1000mg calcium a day is a huge fucking lie.

they say you only need 400-600 iu vitamin D a day, what a joke. you need 4000+ IU a day

that's just one reason, there are literally hundreds of reasons to avoid milk

here's a nice video

Milk is the best liquid in the world (inb4: I get quoted)

1. IT HAS A SHIT LOAD OF PROTEIN!. We're talking 4.1g per 100ml, I drink 1500ml per day, that's 61.5g of protein from milk alone.
2. IT HAS A SHIT LOAD OF CARBS! It varies from milk to milk but mine has 4.7g per 100ml, which is 70.5g of carbohydrates from milk alone.
3. IT HAS A SHIT LOAD OF CALORIES! Around 50 calories per 100ml so there's another ~ 750 calories I can add to my bulk diet.
4. IT HAS A SHIT LOAD OF CALCIUM! Makes your bones stronger yo, you know what they tell people who break an arm/leg.. Drink more milk.
5. IT HAS A SHIT LOAD OF MINERALS! Like iron and other important stuff, so you don't need to buy extra supplements.

Coupled with 2 X 30g protein shakes, large oatmeal breakfast, 2 cans of tuna for pre/post workout red meat dinner and nutty snacks milk fits well into a bulking diet.
MOTHERFUCKERS.

And the 12 year long Harvard Nurses’ Health Study found that those who consumed the most calcium from dairy foods broke more bones than those who rarely drank milk. This is a broad study based on 77,761 women aged 34 through 59 years of age.
