Dude you still have 3 days lol I could cut that weight in 1 day...
Here's what I would do 3 days out
Oatmeal in the morning with 2-4oz of water maybe a can of tuna as well
Chew gum all day
Powerbar or protein shake for lunch or even some tuna should be good
Regular dinner with smaller portions
2nd day I'd probably do the same but go for a run or hit the sauna a lil
Day off I'd eat oatmeal in the morning n chew gum/spit the rest of the day n hit the sauna/do sprints if needed
Take potassium pills if you can get some it'll help so you don't cramp as much during your match
