Too much for bench, do bb flat, then incline(of either) then assesories. decline if your up for it

and you doing tricepts on fridayƉ

Why are you doing so much shit?

You barely have a good amount of muscle mass, why the hell are you doing such high volume? Are you a genetic god, blessed with the powers of insanely fast recovery?

If you're still pretty small, why not just do a standard strength routine for beginners? SS/SL5x5 are all tested & tried by thousands of people new to strength training. Do you really think your knowledge of programming surpasses that of Rip, Madcow, and all other professionals who advocate these kind of routines for beginners?
