You're way hunched over in your most powerful pose--makes it look pretty bad.
Top right, I'm not even really sure what you're going for. Are you just showing off a 'vacuum?' Or, are you going for the pose I think you may be attempting? If the latter, you really need to work on that. :/
Front lat spread is looking good; when your bf % is lower, all of that pose should really come together/look great.
Looking pretty good there while relaxed.
but but but but
haha, thanks for the constructive criticism!
(I WILL TAKE EVERYTHING YOU COMMENTED ON INTO CONSIDERATION)
1 - I like the this style of the most muscular rather than the upright one or hands together.
2 - That was an "attempt" of a vacuum, I've never been able to get it right w/o looking in the mirror, so I tried to see if i cld get it w/o 1

Just don't forget that you can't apply everything you read word for word. Every body reacts differently. Your calorie intake needs to be constantly adjusted during a cut and as you said, it comes with experience. Mainly trial and error. Just look at Kai Green, guy's a pro and has people doing most of the dieting shit for him but he still came in flat in 2010.
To be honest, if I were to read anything about serious diet I'd look for something coming from Dexter Jackson.
ofc ty brah
and i agree that Dexter Jackson is beautiful, I've never took a look at his nutrition plan (maybe ur basing it off that not jst by looks)
b/c again his genetics are far more suprior, wat works for him might not b for me. (ofc u kno this)
