As reference to on-going refuting and degrading messages, I will save both your time and mine by ignoring them.
If you wish to refute any part of my guide or add additional information, be sure to add a claim instead of saying that it is not true.
As far as "Outdated" is mentioned several times, I would like to know if the human body has progressed beyond the three planes (Perhaps there is a 4th one now? Amazing), or if the movement system has become outdated due to an imaginary fact people have developed a third arm that can work in rotation, or anymore imaginative conjurations such as that.
If you have a question regarding a piece of information, or - Again- Trying to refute it, I would expect you to have a prepared argument, devoid of claims such as "Well, my personal experience shows..."
This thread revolves around facts. Very basic ones, in fact. Had I wanted to truly write in-depth sections of the guide, you would not know where to start reading. This is made for the general population.
Facts cannot be argued however, nor could they be in any way "Outdated", as far as I know.
Further spam will be reported. Please refrain from continuous spam. My point in this guide was never about ego. It was, as I said, as a reaction to seeing much incomprehension revolving around basic subjects.
No, we didn't develop additional planes, or grew additional limbs. However, as time advances, we gain new perspectives on old subjects.
That said, refute my claim on polyphasic sleep schedules, as it directly goes against your section on sleep.
