what is oz chicken?
ive read 100g chicken = 20g protein, and im eating 200g for lunch + proberbly 200-250g meat for dinner. trying to hit 3 protein shakes a day but as i say its hard to drink 3 (for me ^^), so mostly im drinking 2, eating healthy breakfast, and a good sandwich 1-1½ hour before lunch.
