Eating vegetables is still going to be a lot better than eating pasta. I'm not expecting to lose weight based on diet alone. I also plan to continue with the exercise that I already regularely do, I'm just stepping up on my eating now. I'm rarely on the computer and I don't want to look like an athlete. I already stated in the beginning I would like to see myself at 180-185 and I want to lower my body's set point gradually. That is still overweight for my height, but I'm happy with my body seeing as how I'm into the gay bear community
